Lead Abatement Recommendations (Massachusetts)

Greetings BP,

We recently bought a duplex in middlesex county and will need to delead both units. The first floor unit has already been tested, the second has not been tested but we're sure there is lead. 

Does anyone have any strategies and/or recommend any lead abatement specialists?
