Vinyl flooring: Click vs self adhesive vs glue down

Experienced Landlords and DIY's... Based on your experience which flooring would you recommend out of following vinyle options for RENTAL units?

Flat, even floor - floating luxury vinyl planks

Uneven floor that cannot easily be corrected - adhesive vinyl planks. These are thinner and can follow floor contours.

Super-cheap 5 minute fix - self-adhesive tiles. Although I wouldn't even do that, I'd use the floating floor vinyl with the adhesive strips that lock them together. The self-adhesive tiles always eventually come up.
