Getting rid off tenant at purchase in NJ
Newbie here, looking to house hack a duplex in NJ. Home I'm looking at has tenants on a month to month lease but seller will not gurantee to deliver home vacant. Really just need 1 unit vacant. Can I make a tenant leave with notice or legally evict them?
