Renting a Tiny House
I am going to start building a tiny house (on wheels) soon. Besides Craigslist what would be some good ways to find a someone with a backyard large enough to put it. I would like to rent it out and share some of the profit with whoever lets me keep it on their property. I live in LA and the ADU restrictions have loosened so this shouldn't be too much of an issue legally. If all else fails I could always just sell it! I was also wondering which government agency I would need to contact about permitting.
