Hi Property Managers,

What do you think is your Key Value Proposition of the services that you offer?

Thanks!

I agree with both@Soh Tanaka and @Steve Morris, I had 33 of my own properties and I managed them myself. I hired and fire 3 different PM's and then decided to get licensed and start my own business. I manage about 120 doors and I treat them all is if they were my own and I communicate with the clients the way I would expect to be communicated with. And regarding Steve's comments a professional PM needs to be properly educated and stay on top of the rule and law changes so that you don't have to. I always recommend NARPM PM's because I believe they have the best in education and peer networking to stay in tune.
