Finding investment properties
Hello investors! My husband and I have not been able to find investment property that would make sense financially (we are in Denver and would need to borrow money to fund this property). With that, we would like to locate these properties by sending letters to specific owners and getting them interested. How should we target these owners: how do you what property might make sense, where do you find this data?
