Rental Arbitrage in Calgary, AB
Hey Everyone,
I was originally saving and planning to purchase a property to house hack/ BRRRR in the fall but with recent changes to mortgage policy I now need 20% down and not the 5% I'd planned for.
I'm currently debating whether to take a chunk of those savings and invest in a rental arbitrage airbnb in downtown Calgary, near the Stamprde grounds or to just continue saving until I can purchase my next property.
Looking to hear your experiences with rental arbitrage in the area while I further research whether this is the right option for me.
