House hacking condo vs. SFH
I'm looking into purchasing a home in the Denver metro, Aurora specifically, and have some pretty good options on condos as well as SFHs. My question is as far as rentability and interest from renters, is a SFH a lot more marketable for renting out individual rooms or would a condo be okay and intriguing enough? SFH obviously would cost me more.
Do renters value SFH rooms a lot more than condo rooms or what is your experience on this subject and any advice? Thanks in advance
