Looking to find out what you all in the Mikwaukee and surrounding areas are currently charging for application fees? Do you charge per person living in the apartment?

Please note that in Wisconsin, per Statute 704.085, there is a limit on credit report fees ($25 for in state and $25 for out of state background checks).
