Avail vs Rent Ready vs Tenant Cloud etc
Hello BPers,
I just bought my first triplex rental property and trying to decide on which property management software to use. I've read past posts on this here but I recently heard Brandon mention on a BP podcast about Rent Ready and couldn't find a lot on BP about it. I also like the look of Avail. Anyone else here had experience using them? I am anticipating acquiring a new triplex every 1-2 months so expecting the portfolio to grow fairly quickly over the years.
