San Diego Asbestos Removal

I have popcorn ceiling that tested positive for asbestos and want to remove it.  I would like to make renovations to the home but cant because of the asbestos.  I don't want to shake things up, releasing the fibers in the air.  Any recommendations on who to use in the San Diego area?
