how do you get your houses ready for rent/flip?
do you hire a company? we have been getting the houses ready for tenants by spending a lot of time cleaning outselves. frankly, i do not want to make my wife do it anymore. she is super busy with her job and the last thing she thinks about is having o clean yet another house.
any tips? how much do you pay? i know the price range varies quite a bit across the country. how do i go about finding the company? what should i look for in google?
