Townhouse basement rent separately
I have a huge townhouse 5 bed 4 bath. top 2 floors have 4 bed 3 bath and basement is 1 bed 1 bath. I want to rent it out as 2 separate units. I am newbie investor and I dont have experience with this. How do you split utilities for this? Do you price it into the rents or split them up. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
