25% Airbnb management fee normal?
I have a property that we talked with someone that manages Airbnb and they charge 25% management fee of our gross revenue received. Is this normal? It appeared the the main person to make any money was the manager.
I understand that a person that knows what they’re doing will surely run a business of this kind better than a noob.
