Are you landlords relaxing your screening criteria now because of job losses or uncertainty during Covid?  Or do you essentially NEVER relax your standards, no matter what the sob story?

If anything, it’s caused them to tighten. If government won’t even let me evict a bad tenant, I’m going to go all out to ensure I’m not letting one move in.
