Hey I did my housing inspection 2 day ago haven't heard anything its low income I called today the guy who picked up got back on the phone In said I will get a letter is this a bad thing ?

This sounds like a section 8 inspection to clear the house in order to rent out. The housing authority performs their own inspections prior to allowing home owners to receive payment from them. What they are looking for is if the house is in living condition. Just repair what is asked of you which is most likely a few small issues. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
