Background check for seasonal rental

Hi all, 

I typically rent by the week during the summer months in the beach area of Delaware through VRBO—no background checks of course.  I have someone interested in renting 8 months during the off season.  I’m planning on having a local RE attorney review the lease, but I’d like to do a background check on the renter.  Any recommended online services to use for that?  I’m not really concerned about price, because I’ll likely only need to use it once.
