for all the landlords out there - what were some of the items/actions you did that made your tenants happy?

1. i was at a house the other day and the tenant mentioned the bath sink was draining slowly. next day i changed it with one that allows air to flow behind water. cost me $10 and 30 mins. they were thankful.

2. have a tenant on a busy street and noticed she is too short to look up from the window at the top of the door. put a peephole. cost me $8 and 20 mins. they are so thankful.
