Renting rooms by the week
Any one with any experience with multi-unit where the rooms are rented by the week? I am sure there are lots of downsides with not having leases in place for long term stability - but this area has a lot of people looking for affordable housing... Would like to hear the pitfalls and any one with experience with this kind of setup in their portfolio... It's 3 separate units with 3 rooms each.. Of course, another option would be to rent it to three tenants but the previous owner was renting by the room weekly.... Thank
