Property Management Company in DFW

Hi,

We are in the process of purchasing a small multifamily complex (32-unit) in Dallas area and looking for an experienced PM company to take over the management. Because we are long distance investor, our loan requires us to "utilize an established third party MF manager acceptable...." basically, PM firm should have at least 5 multifamily properties of 5+ units under their management to qualify.
