Jersey City Attorney Suggestions

I have a tenant who is refusing showings. We've given him plenty of notice and it states in his lease that he agrees to showings. Two potential buyers have now walked away. 

Might be time for a attorney to step in. 

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
