Anyone buying properties during this pandemic ? Or waiting to see what happens ?

We are selling a property now while the market is hot, in order to have some cash for the coming months to purchase a larger investment property. Want to stalk and be able to pounce when the timing is right :)

Personal belief is that the housing market is going to deflate, just a little, in the next year. But who knows, really! Curious to read what others are doing.
