Lease Agreement & Promissory Note
My partner and I got our first rental under contract this week, and we are trying to get together a Lease Agreement and Promissory note. Where is everyone getting these at? The attorneys we've spoken with won't give us a duplicatable one, but want to bill on a per lease/note basis. Any feedback would be Greatly appreciated!
