Any SFR whales here?

Anyone have of know of 100+ door portfolios comprised primarily of single family houses? Seems like most of the ones close to and beyond that size I find posts/podcasts on are always made up of multi family. I have a goal of 150-200 sfr’s that average $250/mo in my pocket after all taxes/expenses/repairs/vacancy etc. and am wondering how feasible this is. Main concern would be effective management where the income is 100% passive but still hitting my goal numbers with that expense included. Also wondering how often the houses would need another rehab to keep them fresh and attractive to renters.

Any insight into strategy, experiences, or heads up on podcast episodes that might be helpful would be greatly appreciated.

I put together a 350 SFR portfolio in 4 states primarily C and probably some D with a bunch of section 8.

Just like owning a big boat.. the happiest day of my life was when my partner at the time bought me out..

No Way no how is a 200 SFR portfolio passive..  you might do pretty well in STRONG A  B markets on the passive side but no houses that you can buy with 20% down and cash flow 250 to 300 a month that squarely in the C and D class..
