Georgia Rental Market
Im an investor in Oregon and looking to expand my long term duplex portfolio out of state. Georgia seems to cash flow fairly well for duplex and larger multifamily. I am particularly interested in the Albany market. I welcome any insight you fellow investors can offer about the area, people, landlord/tenant laws, etc.
I will need a realtor (investment savvy), loan originator and property manager, so any referrals are welcome!
