Moving tenant to downstairs unit
Hello,
We currently just closed on Mult-family rental property with a FHA loan. The previous owner stated he would keep the top unit vacant for us to occupy but had the tenant move in on the top unit anyways. Leaving us to occupy the bottom unit. How can we go about getting the tenant to switch units with us?
