Rental Properties in Dallas, TX
I'm looking to move back home to the Dallas, TX area and start buying and holding real estate for land lording. I wanted to know if Dallas was a good spot for buying BRRRR multi-family properties? I just visited the area a couple of weeks ago and saw a lot of development properties in the works. Is there a chance of buying some rehab properties?
Just trying to see if there is opportunity in this area.
