Relieving Tenant Acquisition No Shows: ShowMojo?

Gud lordy, that title can be simplified:

Let me try again. So you have done the make ready on your vacant property, posted it all over the net, exhausted!

You now wait for the phone to ring. . .and it does, at mid dark thirty in the morning, during church, during dinner. . . wanting to see the property all hours of the day. . . while you are at work.

(heck, I wouldnt mind that kind of volume)

But anyway, I digress, I found a website: https://showmojo.com/our_story

That does the heavy lifting. I am to small to use it, tho for my brethren and sistren with mondo big properties, I think this is wicked slick.

and before the modddds flag this for self promotion. . .

I WISH I came up with something this slick, no affiliation with the innovators.

Hope this helps, and if you have used this, please chime in.

Im not big enough to use this, more just passing innovative on to benefit my BP peeps!

Blessings all,

Tevis

Since my best tenant prospects are mostly contacting me based on the "for rent" signs I put out, I don't see this as viable for my situation. My solution to the no-show is to cluster many showings together, so that even if there are no-shows there are likely to be more that do show up; others require a call back just prior to the showing or else they don't go to the rental to do the showing (but if I'm already there, well I'm already there). If your best tenant prospects are contacting you via online advertising (CL, postlets, etc.), then this might be something for you to consider.
