Brrrr method options
I have been doing the brrrr method for a few years now with a partner,we are up to 5 properties now,I want to scale this up,faster turn arounds,etc.it takes 4 months from purchase to finished and rented out,I do all the work on the houses and also work full time as a electrician,and father of 3,any advise would be great!
