Eviction during covid19
I am the landlord and I filed an unlawful detainer. My tenants lease terminated and they are refusing to leave. I gave them over 60 days notice as the lease stipulates. They have not paid me full rent even before Covid19 and they used the pandemic to really not pay me rent.
when I filled out the unlawful detainer I forgot to add that their lease is up. I only filed for unpaid rent. Will this be an issue at the time of court? Pls help!
