How do you get a lease drawn up for Colorado Springs (specifically a SFH renting by the room)? What's your process for this? How do you go about changing them if necessary? Are there programs / apps that assist with this and make this process easier? What's your system? I'm all ears!

@Jeremy Babin if you look through BP a bit you'll see some of the programs that are out there. For me I'm still looking/learning but leaning towards rentredi myself for my properties
