Electric wall heaters

I want to hear from people who have these as their only source of heat. I have a forced air furnace that is on its way out. I would like to install electric wall mounted heaters in all the rooms and pass the cost of heating on to the tenants. Property is in NY so it does get cold and I am wondering if they would be strong enough.

Although nowadays electric wall heaters mostly claim that they have 100% efficiency. Based on my old friends in Michigan, they are not effective enough alone compare to the old forced air furnace especially if you have a high ceiling and larger space. Electricity bills may be larger than gas depends on local rates.

One last thing, power capacity is a thing you have to consider when you install it.
