Looking for El Paso, TX Property Manager

I have struck out with two property managers in El Paso, TX. Both were not communicative enough and, most recently, the second did not 1)find or 2) repair significant damage to the house during tenant changeover. I am not ready to manage it myself and will take any recommendations.
