Santa Rosa area rental with yard needed ASAP
I am trying to help a friend/client find a home to rent somewhere near Santa Rosa, CA. She and her husband own a company that does safety training for people that work for power companies, the fires, etc. They have an employee they need to house in the area for at least 6 months. They have a stellar resume and are hands down some of the best people I have ever know. The catch is the employee has two dogs he would like to keep with him so they are looking for a home with a yard and a pet friendly owner/landlord. They are willing and able to give a respectable pet deposit along with the rental deposit if someone can help them. Today is Friday October 9th, their employee is currently working the Glass Fire in Sonoma/Napa, he does not smoke, does not drink and works a LOT. Please reach out to me if you can help. I am a real estate broker but I am acting on behalf of my friend as a friend and am not looking for any compensation, just a good home for a great employee of an excellent company.
