Dealing with advice from people with zero experience.

How do you all deal with the unsolicited advice from folks who have zero experience? Maybe it’s just me and I’m getting old and cranky.

This new property just seems to draw folks, who all have plans for my new rental, or reasons why I’m going to be broke.

Fyi, my first multi was a 4 plex less than a mile away way back in the 1990’s. So this ain’t my first rodeo.

I just listen and take it for what it is worth.  A response like 'interesting idea" or 'something to think about' is not a commitment, lets them know you heard them, then go on to a different subject.
