Rental rehab financing
I'm looking to rehab my rental property. Lending Home says they will lend up to full amount of equity for 5.12% 30yr. I'm at the point they are asking for $600 for a home appraisal. I'm a rookie and getting nervous about pulling the trigger. Is this a reputable lender? Anyone work with Lending Home before?
