Cleaning a long term rental

With the increase in emotional support animals, I'm considering raising my rent and requiring a cleaning company once a month or bi-weekly. Anybody have experience having a cleaning company in their long-term rentals monthly and what will I need to do to my lease if I do this.  Will I be responsible for the cleaning company's actions?  Thank you

If I was a renter I would find this very intrusive and an expense I wouldn't want to pay.  The esa loophole is pretty big and frustrating however remember they are still responsible for their damage.  If you were to do anything to help mitigate losses across the board you could consider increasing your security deposit if you are allowed to where you are, be careful not to make it too far off your competition though.  This would protect you from all animals, slobs, and people who fail to pay rent.
