Renting Each Room Average Expenses

Sol Fluhr
Posted

I am currently looking at buying a single-family and renting the rooms. I wanted to get an idea of how much the expenses and utilties per month/annually would be. My top choice right now is an 8 bedroom 4 bathroom house. I would really appreciate it if other inevstors already doing this could tell me how many rooms and bathrooms your house has and how much your expenses are (excluidng taxes, mortage, and insuarance) either by month or year.

I am thinking (and correct me if I am wrong) since I rent the rooms I should include the following: (excluidng the mortage, insurance, and taxes)

- water

-electricty

-WIFI

- TV cable

- secruity footage
