Tracking down tenant for back due rent NJ

Posted

I have a unit that I now have legal possession of (legal term for NJ) the tenant moved out owing $3200 in back rent and fees.

I had filed for eviction when I explained the situation to the court I was told to cancel the complaint and track him down and sue in the state/county he now resides in.

How the heck do I do this I check social media/post office won’t provide his forwarding address.

What steps have you guys taken?

Release the hounds and let the chase begin!                  Or you could just move on and save yourself the time and headache.
