Hey Everyone,

I own a few rental properties; a four-plex and a SFH in Lubbock, TX and a Condo in Daytona Beach. I've been reading non-stop RE books; however, I realized I don't know enough about the actual building/renovating/supplies part of this.

I'm looking for any recommendations on books that will touch on this; what floors to use during a reno, what cabinets, bathrooms renos, etc; descriptions of what certain things in a home do (water heater/HVAC/shower pane), etc. More of the technical stuff, so I can atleast be more knowledgeable on that front when it comes to repairs.

Thank you!
