Group homes??? Make money with a greater purpose???
Recently I have been very interested into this Niche! I have a person renting from me that actually subleases it to disabled and recovering adults. She makes about 2500 dollars a month cash flow off of my property that I make 500 dollars a month cash flow off of! Besides that she is doing a work for the community while making a difference in these adults lives and making a great profit! Is their anyone out their that specializes in this niche? What did you do to get started? What did you do to scale this? How many rooms do you need? House manager? What all do you provide food, cable, internet? Anyone who can give me in insight into how to start doing this niche myself would be amazing! I have always had a strong passion for working with special needs and would love to provide amazing, affordable housing for these people while turning my business model to this niche!
