I was @ a local RE meeting today talking about tenant evictions. Perhaps you have read that having rentals in areas of higher income is beneficial vs. slum lording. The process control at this meeting said he seen NO difference on the way out, from a high income rental to low, as far as trashing the place.

These guys seem like their weight in gold vs. the sheriff’s office. They get them out in half the time, 2 weeks max here, IF the contract is right. Commercial is a longer process.

I was shocked to learn how Mike the one I met is fully armed with a gun, bullet proof vest, etc., when he serves clients. Wow! Some of their stories made me want nothing to do with land lording. I gave him a nick name, Mike the Tenant Terminator, lol!
