London real estate and short term lets
I am considering living in London part time, and renting out the property the other parts of the year. I am reading conflicting information on whether or not it is a good time to buy and where the market might be headed with Brexit, COVID, etc. Ideally, when I am not in London, I would rent out the property but I am not sure how the short-term rental market does in this location (not sure how saturated it is, and of course, right now understandably there is likely much less demand, etc.) Any guidance is welcome.
