Accepting only Zelle for payment

Hi I own rental properties but also becoming a renter. My landlord only accept Zelle to pay rent. We don’t have any bank account that associates with Zalle so we can only send 500 dollars at a time/day. My landlord doesn’t accept it still so we wire transfer money for deposit and the first rent. This cost money each time and we don’t want to go to a local bank branch to do it or we can not do that as there is no local offices in the area we are moving to.

So we now created a chase account that associates with Zelle but they don’t let us send money to only the landlord account but others because of the account is suspicious they said. Even if we could send the money to landlord via Zalle with our new chase account, it only allows $2000 at a time which we still have to make 2 times to pay for a rent. This is such a nightmare to us and we are really trying to pay a week in advance and my landlord still pushes us to go with Zalle. Please advise us what to do....we are at lost.

@Riyo Head ask for LL bank account info and you can pay by ACH, either automatically or manually, each month.
