What property management software do you use?

Hi BP Community,

I am a new investor and looking to have my systems in order before closing on my first 3 family unit. Any advice on property management software? What do you use?

Andrew, I use Tenantcloud.com and I'm very happy with it. However, I believe there are several threads already answering this same question. Do a search on the forums and you'll a wealth of information. Best wishes

We've used Cozy.co starting over a year ago and now use it for 5 single family rentals.  So far so good and we'd recommend

@Simon W. - Thank you, I will check it out. My plan is to pick up a multi-family every year for the next 10 years as well as pick up some long distance SFH's. My goal is to have 2 mil in net assets in the next 10 years.

@Andrew Freed Cozy is probably a good start and it is free. Are you planning to go big or just stick with this 3-unit forever?
