Short term rental vacation investment

Hello everyone,

Has anyone invested in a short term rental vacation home in Shenandoah, VA? If so, how has your ROI been, are there easy to find someone to maintain and clean the property?

I looked on AIRDNA that is a great spot, but not sure about it.
