Office space leasing help

I secured a meeting with an investor who could be a really great resource for my future apartment investing. He told me 1 of his problem areas is finding quality tenants and I volunteered to help him because I’ve had good success in the past finding quality tenants. It sounds like his first priority is a 3 room office space though. I don’t have any experience with office leasing. He mentioned previous tenants had been insurance agents, travel agents, etc. I’m imaging these business are now all online and probably for the foreseeable future. I’m looking for advice as to how best help or find tenants. I have a meeting tomorrow afternoon and I’ll be brainstorming till then! Does anyone here have any words of wisdom? Thanks

I have had a lot of success with my office building in Wisconsin. One thing I have found to be very helpful is good signage on a busy street. Networking also really helps as referrals are a great way to find new businesses. Lastly there are a number of places to post online including, costar, loopnet, officespace.com and digsy.
