Tenant has been quite

On 7th October, tenant responded to Property Manager they couldn’t pay rent due to job loss. PM asked for a documentation of being unemployed and tenant never responded. My PM has filed for eviction and waiting on court to accept and serve tenant. Tenant has missed 3 months rent and did not respond to my Property Manager since October.

Property Manager went over to property last week and noted there was a car in driveway and lights on meaning they are still there and left a note on the door to contact Property Manager, no word from tenant still. Any other option I could explore as court may take longer time than normal before finalizing the eviction filling??
