Whats the best software for an in house property manager that only does the leasing, collects the rents and does the maintenance? All the bills come to me. Preferably I would like something that can generate reports something like Quickbooks. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

@Elmer Glick, this is going to depend a lot on the price you want to pay.  For smaller operations, cozy, buildium and tenant cloud get a lot of recommendations here.
