Leaking ceiling on Duplex on tenant side

I purchased a brand new duplex in August 2020. I live in one side and I have a tenant in the other.

Water started leaking behind the walls on Monday night. 11/30/20. I called the builder that sent out a roofer who would a nail hole in a pipe. The pipe was replaced and the roof repaired. I also gave my tenant a high velocity fan to help dry the walls.

Today, 12/5/20 the the ceiling is leaking worst and the falling down now. The electricity in that area of the kitchen is also out. The builder can’t send anyone out for 3hrs. I turned off the main water supply.

Is there anything else I need to do as the landlord right now

When you purchased the home, were you provided any sort of warranty?  It is common with most new construction in my area.  What is above the kitchen?
